Beyond delivering scalable and efficient data pipelines, you’ll help shape our company culture and set the standard for data engineering excellence at Mpya Digital.You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to help clients design, build, and maintain robust data platforms. Your work will directly drive business value, enable data-driven decision-making, and inspire both clients and colleagues.This is a unique opportunity to influence our growth strategy in Skåne, collaborate with leading tech companies in the region, and contribute to Mpya Digital’s reputation as a forward-thinking consultancy.Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Swedish
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, including expertise in tools such as Spark, Kafka, SQL, and modern ETL pipelines
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience in designing cloud-native data architectures
• Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and distributed systems
• Experience with DevOps practices for data (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
• Previous consulting experience is a strong advantage
• Based in the Malmö area
