This is a key role for an experienced technologist who wants to push boundaries, set new development standards, and drive innovation—especially with an interest in AI.What You’ll Do:

Lead technical excellence across projects – no HR/admin tasks, just pure tech.
Investigate and implement cutting-edge solutions, focusing on AI and modern development practices.
Work closely with clients, not in direct sales, but as a trusted technical expert.
Help strengthen the company’s position as the leading tech consultancy in the region.
Dive deep into technology – React, TypeScript, .NET, and Azure are part of our stack but also work with many more!
Mentoring Developers

What We’re Looking For:

A natural leader who inspires and elevates those around them.
Strong experience in tech leadership, ideally at Principal Developer, Tech Lead, Team Lead, or CTO level.
Passion for AI, with a drive to learn and apply new technologies.
Fluency in English and Norwegian is a plus.
A problem-solver who thrives on delivering complete, high-quality solutions.
