Our model provides flexibility and pace for rapid deployment of hiring scale-up solutions.We work in an industry agnostic manner, and this is reflected in the diversity of our clients who include some of the biggest employers in the world and exciting innovative start-ups.Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Tech & Product Talent Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract basis(with the hope to extend) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech recruitment, be fluent in Hebrew, and be comfortable working remotely. This role will involve partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and assess top tech talent for our client.Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent in France.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screening, including phone interviews, to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their specific needs and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment, with a focus on hiring for technical roles.
  • Fluency in Hebrew is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Tech and Product talent landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
