Were now looking for a Technical Lead to join our Nordic Digital Power Application Center.As a Technical Lead at Schneider Electric, you’ll take charge of the technical aspects of customer-integrated projects ensuring alignment with requirements from the first customer meeting, through the tendering process, and into execution. You’ll play a key role in risk management, change management, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.You’ll be part of our Customer Project Execution Team within the Application Center, collaborating closely with technical experts, tender managers, and sales teams across multiple sites and countries.What You’ll Do
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify the best technical solutions.
Drive technical scope and philosophy across sales, clients, and sub-suppliers.
Coordinate with other business units and specialist teams.
Provide detailed technical clarifications to clients and sub-suppliers.
Review and approve technical specifications and documentation.
Advise and support Project Managers and Automation Engineers with technical solutions.
Step in and support the team when needed.What Will Help You SucceedA degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant field.
Solid understanding of medium and low voltage switchgear solutions, monitoring, and control systems.
Basic knowledge of common power distribution communication protocols.
Familiarity with protection devices and IEDs, LV CB protection, arc guard, residual current monitoring, and interlocking functions.
Experience with automation platforms, including both hardware and software aspects.
Knowledge of Ethernet networks, cybersecurity, and high-availability systems.
Experience with power distribution automation (load shedding, automatic transfer switching, tap-changer automation).
Experience with SCADA solutions.
Passion for building networks and tailoring offers to customer needs.
Experience in leading teams and caring for people.
