• Lead and coordinate technical standards and improvement initiatives
• Maintain and evolve standard Building Specifications
• Contribute to concept design and R&I project management
• Support technical scoping in package sales and trading
• Organize standard system solutions and design best practices
• Coordinate Synergy Cases – feedback from across the value chain
• Maintain overview of applicable rules, regulations and class requirements

Qualifications

• Experience from the Vard value chain
• Insight into ship design processes
• Experience from management of projects or teams
