With a strong strategic focus on Marine & Power Conversion, we are at the forefront of enabling next-generation technologies: sustainable mobility, smart grids, energy storage, P2X, high-power charging, and shore power supplies.We’re now looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our Marine System Solutions development team – someone who can help us turn advanced technology into real-world solutions that matterAbout the Technology & How We WorkOur team develops Power Management Systems for hybrid-electric vessels, built on the proven foundation of Danfoss Editron inverters and electrical machines.We build system application software using Beckhoff Automation – combining in-house tools with carefully selected off-the-shelf solutions.We embrace Agile ways of working, including sprint-based development, backlog refinement and prioritization, and regular team retrospectives.Our team values collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.Job ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoAs a Technical Product Owner, you’ll play a critical role in translating complex customer and market needs into clear, actionable development work.Your responsibilities include:Managing and prioritizing the product backlogLeading sprint planning and refinement sessionsCollaborating closely with stakeholders to understand market and customer needsActing as a bridge between development teams, customers, and commercial teamsClearly communicating product capabilities to internal and external audiencesBackground & SkillsWe’re looking for someone with a solid technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you have:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Automation, Computer Science, Power Electronics)Understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and hybridizationExperience with PLC programming; knowledge of Beckhoff Automation is a plusFamiliarity with marine automation, power and energy management systems, and propulsion control systemsExperience with diesel-electric, diesel-battery hybrid, or fully electric vessels is a strong assetStrong problem-solving and team collaboration skillsExcellent communication skills in EnglishAbility to work both independently and in multicultural, virtual teamsEmployee BenefitsWe are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:
