For more information, please visit .The Patria 6×6 vehicle was selected as the platform for the multinational CAVS (Common Armoured Vehicle System) program, which involves Finland, Latvia, Sweden, Germany and Denmark. The project is led by Finland and aims to strengthen European defence and NATO cooperation. For more information about the project, please visitWe are now strengthening our team within the CAVS program, and we are looking for aTechnical Program Leadto take the lead of the technical aspects of the program and support the Program Director and other stakeholders within the program.Main responsibilities and stakeholders:

• Bridging the gap between Design & Engineering, Product and System Engineering, ensuring successful product strategy execution within CAVS program level
• Responsible for system-of-system level vehicle technical concepts in the CAVS 6×6 program
• Technical oversight over CAVS fleet of vehicle configurations and subsystem providers
• Ensures technical solutions align with business goals and CAVS program objectives
• Responsible for technical commonality and strategy over the CAVS program
• Supports CAVS Program Director in technical decisions
• Works closely with Product Managers and System Engineering Managers
• Represent technical program view in customer meetings
• Independent communication with the customer stakeholders

Key competencies and requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or defense-related field
• Extensive experience in product management or program leadership for complex vehicle systems in an international environment
• Strong technical background and experience working with multiple stakeholders inside the projects/programs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well both externally and internally
• Willingness to travel based on program needs
• Strong language skills in English and in Finnish, other language skills are considered an advantage
