Are you an organized, proactive individual with a passion for problem-solving in the aviation industry?Skyways Technics A/S is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join our team in Billund.In this critical role, you will act as the key liaison between our Base Production team and our customers, ensuring that projects run smoothly from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of technical projects, working both internally with production and externally with customers, OEMs, and third-party suppliers.Skyways Technics A/S is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircrafts and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain Skyways Technics A/S’ position as the preferred maintenance provider.Key Responsibilities

• Analyze work packs and provide the necessary engineering support before releasing them to production.
• Monitor daily project progress, with a specific focus on resolving engineering issues.
• Collaborate actively in identifying the best solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Lead customer meetings, presenting updates, and producing detailed reports.
• Provide engineering support to mechanics, ensuring that all work is carried out according to aircraft documentation and standards.
• Prepare quotations for customers regarding additional requests or costs that arise during main projects.

We Expect You to Have

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal) to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
• A technical education at a bachelor’s level or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or aviation-related environment.
• A solid commercial understanding, with the ability to balance customer needs and project constraints.
• A structured and organized approach, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain lasting connections with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers.
• A strong background in the aviation industry is essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general IT literacy.
