Production Engineering Nacelle – Continuous improvement team is responsible for the manufacturing life cycle management focusing on providing support to the product introduction at factories and ensuring smooth ramp / operational excellence during serial production.ResponsibilitiesYou will be the Interface between R&D operational readiness and Factory operations team – effectively managing the technical aspects of the work as part of new product launch in the factory and for upgrades during serial production – primarily for support, co-ordination, oversight, interfacing, tracking & control, risk identification, escalation, understanding project requirements and prioritization.

• Lead and Guide Project Teams: Provide direction to factory operations team, offering leadership in resolving project challenges
• Plan and Implement with Precision: Ensure project planning aligns with global standards before implementation, with meticulous oversight of schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Monitor Performance and Report Progress: Track project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, while consistently reporting outcomes to global counterparts
• Anticipate and Solve Problems: Identify risks early, question assumptions, and find innovative solutions to avoid delays
• Promote Collaboration Across Teams: Partner closely with R&D design teams to meet product requirements and balancing stakeholder interests
• Champion Safety and Compliance: Promote and ensure adherence to corporate safety standards, ensuring all team members receive proper training and adhere to safety protocols
• Support Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, resolving issues and ensuring the Project KPIs are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, OR a combination of academic background and relevant wind industry experience
• Solid experience in project management, primarily within industrial, manufacturing, or service-based industries
• We prefer a Certified PMP or Prince 2
• Ability to collaborate across diverse work groups and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal, written, active listening, meeting facilitation, and presentations)
• Advanced proficiency in Project management toolbox and systems

The first year expected travel will be up to 100 days to our new factory in Poland, after this we expect around 10% travel activity on a yearly basis.
