We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to take on a key role in developing a leading e-commerce platform and managing the IT-landscape. This role involves driving technical initiatives, optimizing backend systems, and ensuring seamless integrations to improve business performance and customer experience.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the e-commerce platform and tech- roadmap based on business needs, data insights/statistics and innovation
• Ensure smooth order-to-delivery flow and implement AI and best-practice solutions to continuously improve the customer experience
• Manage technology driven projects in order to improve and optimize processes and flows
• Oversee backend systems, integrations, and IT environment compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to drive innovative projects
• Lead changes, inspire teams, and ensure effective communication across the organization
• Co-responsible for the technology budget and ensuring cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership within B2C e-commerce
• Skills in technical strategy, SEO, conversion optimization, ERP-system and payment solutions
• Knowledge of GDPR, IT security, and supplier management
• Experience working with tools and technologies within the e-commerce industry
