Industry: Custom Engineering & RoboticsWe’re partnering with an innovative Irish manufacturer delivering custom automation and packaging solutions to global clients in the pharma, food, and biotech sectors. As demand grows, they’re expanding their commercial team with a technically strong sales professional to help design, pitch, and deliver high-value projects.This is a rare opportunity to step into a commercially-focused role with real influence-perfect for someone from a design/engineering background who wants to move closer to customers and sales, or for a sales engineer ready to take the next step.The Role:

• Produce technical layouts and conceptual drawings (2D AutoCAD)
• Create tailored proposals and assist in estimating costs and pricing
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and leadership teams
• Support sales pipeline tracking and CRM updates
• Represent the company at trade shows and client presentations
• Lead sales efforts for select sectors (e.g. food or pharma)

About You:

• 4+ years in automation, packaging, or machinery manufacturing
• Strong AutoCAD 2D skills; 3D/animation tools like SolidWorks, Blender or RoboDK a bonus
• Comfortable interpreting and shaping complex solutions
• A team player with commercial instincts and attention to detail
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
