The RoleThe TSS discovers potential opportunities within this market and customer segment with a view to improving allegiance and sales revenue for Thermo Fisher Scientific.The TSS uncovers the customer’s curiosity about our products and drives the Thermo Fisher Scientific value proposition from sample to knowledge.The TSS interfaces and works in close collaboration with key members such as:

  • Commercial Team
  • Marketing teams,
  • BU Product Management and Marketing,
  • Application support team, technical service groups (IES).
  • Supports new Product Introduction (NPI) prospects within territory to increase adoption rates and revenue return
  • Leads the sales funnel and forecast in collaboration with the commercial team. Consults with key account managers on acquiring customer forecasts for new and existing business; works on strategies to achieve sales goals and important metric, including value proposition development.
  • Uses sales tools to efficiently handle the accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecasting in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintains awareness of competitor and industry activity; Introduces new products and services as available
