Job description
We are looking for a hands-on, knowledgeable Technical Service Engineer to join our Heating & Ventilation team. You will support customers and installers with technical help for products like heat pumps, ventilation systems, and electric heating. This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems and working with renewable energy solutions.Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Dublin / DunleerMain Responsibilities:
- Support sales and customer service teams with technical advice
- Handle customer support requests quickly and professionally
- Work with service engineers to fix customer issues
- Make sure products are installed and set up correctly
- Help size heating systems and prepare documents
- Keep clear records and create reports
- Visit sites to support and train customers and installers
- Run training sessions for new and existing engineer
- Help with spare parts and product specifications
- Attend site meetings when needed
Skills:
- Qualification in electrical, mechanical, or building services
- Good understanding of heating and electrical systems (heat pump experience is a plus)
- Strong problem-solver with great attention to detail
- Friendly and professional with a positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Able to manage time well and meet deadlines
- Full driver’s licence
