Technical Service ManagerOsborne are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Manager, to join our client operating in the Hospital supplies sector. The successful candidate will work with all site and management personnel to ensure company policies, processes and company sales and legislation is adhered to nationwide.For You:

• Full-time permanent role.
• Company car.
• 65-75k DOE + bonus
• Join a high preforming and dedicated team.

Requirements:

• Must have a completed qualification in electromechanical or other field related degree.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Hands on team leader.
• Previous experience in managing a service team.
• Full drivers licence required.
• Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive with an ability to work on own initiative and to take the lead where appropriate.
• Manage a team of engineers and service coordinators.
• Plan and carry out new equipment testing and calibration.
• Coordinate test equipment calibration and keep files up to date in accordance with the ISO/MDR/HPRA and manufacturers policy.
• Maintain high level of support to customers including turnaround times.
• Work closely with suppliers regarding new testing methods and updates.
• Source and interview new potential engineers and coordinate new engineer training.
• Work closely with the sales and administration teams on new tenders.
• Liaise with current customers regarding contracts.
