We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Services Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in building and engineering services management.What You’ll Do

• Oversee the operational management of building and engineering services, ensuring all maintenance and contract work meets appropriate standards.
• Provide expert technical advice and professional support to staff, senior management, and external agencies.
• Manage the Permit to Work system and ensure compliance with all legislative and statutory requirements.
• Lead a team responsible for the safe operation of all plant and equipment on-site.
• Develop and implement energy policies and ensure efficient operation of critical systems.
• Ensure cost-effective delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance services.
• Maintain commercial and contract compliance, including performance monitoring and reporting.
• Deliver training, manage staff morale, and conduct performance evaluations.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in building services and plant engineering, preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of water hygiene regulations and maintenance technical issues.
• BIFM Level 5 qualification or an Engineering Degree.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance teams and achieve SLAs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including RCA and Fishbone analysis experience.
• Familiarity with Maximo, CMMS, or equivalent asset management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and environmental regulations.
