Additionally, you will oversee the service provider network and manage the maintenance budget within your designated area of responsibility. This includes:

• Proactive maintenance and budget management
• Strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards
• Effective coordination of service providers and stakeholder communication
• Continuous improvement of maintenance processes and site utilization
• Rigorous monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality, with prompt issue resolution

As a Technical Specialist, you work closely with different stakeholders. You are supported by your own team members and others in the M&S organization. Cooperation with authorities, service providers and other stakeholders is also important in your role. In accordance with Neste’s values, cooperation is extremely important to us. You care about the mark your work and practices leave.Keys to success in this roleTo thrive in this property maintenance position, you’ll demonstrate a blend of practical experience and forward-thinking technical skills. We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings years of hands-on property maintenance expertise
• Possesses a solid understanding of building technical maintenance and automation, ideally with specialized knowledge in car wash maintenance management
• Can analyze maintenance data to drive operational improvements and implement proactive maintenance strategies
• Holds a relevant technical degree, such as an Engineer or M.Sc. (Eng), or equivalent qualifications
• Communicates fluently in both Finnish and English
