This is your invitation to rise above the possible.Job posting end date: 06/30/2025Alternant Support TechniqueVotre mission :En tant qu’apprenti en BUT Génie Mécanique, vous fournirez un support technique à notre équipe SAV sur le terrain, aux distributeurs et à nos clients.Vos Responsabilités : * Diagnostiquer les problèmes remontés par les techniciens SAV, les distributeurs et les clients

• Recueillir les commentaires des clients pour enrichir les retours d’expériences
• Rédiger le rapport de retour d’expérience
• Procéder à l’expertise de pièces cassées ou endommagées

Votre profil :De formation BUT Génie Mécanique, vous avez un fort intérêt pour la mécanique, le secteur de la construction, l’environnement et les échanges multiculturels et vous souhaitez rentrer dans un cursus en alternance.

• Anglais niveau B2
• Notions en électricité, automatisme et hydraulique sont un plus

• Capacité à travailler en équipe.
