With a focus on connectivity, our OTC program spans cloud and gateway development, operations, and support, uniting industrial equipment seamlessly. Currently, our IoT-platform boasts a substantial client base and 15+ persons working with Nederman OTC.What you will doAs one of our Technical Support Engineer, you will play an important role in delivering technical and product support for a globally distributed network of interconnected industrial and advanced measuring equipment. You will work to resolve issues using the telephone, email, and remote access tools. Your role extends to collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to comprehend software functionality and contribute to the creation of comprehensive documentation for support and training purposes. Key tasks include:

• Commissioning and client configuration of new IoT systems

• Onboarding, training sessions, and learning activities for customers, Nederman sales companies, and field service technicians.

• Third-level support and troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues globally.

• Engage in some project management and roll-out of new platforms, including software version testing and device migration.

• Identify and report recurring and critical issues while offering feedback on best practices and functional improvements.

We believe you haveWe are looking for someone with several years of technical support experience. You should have a keen interest and knowledge with industrial controls/SCADA systems, electronics´ or computer networks. This could include experience within industrial PLCs, industrial software and/or industrial communication protocols. It is plus to have knowledge or interest for/with IoT devices.We expect you to be flexible and resilient and committed to growing with the company. The environment is fast-paced and rewarding in a global setting and requires you to be endurant. The role also demands a highly collaborative approach and having a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be valuable, as well as having good written and verbal communication skills in English.
