Job DescriptionDanfoss is looking for a convincing and enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to our refrigeration wholesalers and indirect commercial refrigeration customers in Sweden. Are you able to work self-driven and to take ownership of technical issues and solve problems through your expertise? Then you might be our new Technical Support Engineer within Danfoss Cooling Segment. You are also looking for a challenge. Danfoss has the biggest portfolio of components for refrigeration in the industry. In combination with all the possible applications and all the new products Danfoss is bringing to the market, you will never get bored. As part of the Technical Support team for Nordics you will closely collaborate with our sales account managers and technical colleagues in the EU.Bringing in your technical expertise, you will be providing world-class support to existing and prospective customers. You will diagnose, analyze problems and provide solutions to customers and refrigeration installers.Danfoss Cooling Segment develops the technologies of today and tomorrow in Food Retail, Air Conditioning, Industrial and Commercial Refrigeration.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Providing technical support to cooling customers and prospects by phone and mail
• Maintaining customers, sales support and technical activities using salesforce CRM system
• Supporting internal commercial and sales staff in technical issues
• Working together in an international team
• Leading a customer on the phone in order to solve his technical issue or answer product related questions
• Provide internal and external trainings

Background & SkillsThe ideal candidate possesses these skills:

• Degree as “Kältemeister”, “staatlich geprüfter Kältetechniker” or academic – related to refrigeration

• More than 5 years of technical experience within refrigeration applications desired
• Good technical knowledge in typical refrigeration applications
• Good technical understanding of Commercial Refrigeration
• Strong communication skills (mainly via phone)
• Business / technically fluent in English language is essential (speaking and writing)
• Strong personal resilience, highly motivated team player with a strong personal drive
• Good presentation and explaining skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player with an analytical, proactive approach – mind-set on the customer and to support sales
• Managing difficult or emotional customer situations with fast response time; Solicit customer feedback to improve service, meet commitments
