We are seeking for a “Technical Team Lead/Software Architect” for our client operating in software consulting (global projects).
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience,
- Excellent communication skills in English,
- Having experience in team leading activities for development teams,
- Hands-on experience in object-oriented and multi-threaded software design & development,
- Hands-on experience in C++ (C++98) and Linux,
- Experience in Agile Framework (Scrum and Kanban),
- Working knowledge of the full application development life cycle,
- Experience with version control tools, Confluence, Jira and continuous integration environment,
- Having knowledge of database architecture especially SQL DB,
- Experience in VOIP, SIP and telecommunication networks and standards,
- Experience in QT framework,
- Having problem solving skills,
- Reliable, responsible and self-motivated team player in international, collaborative and friendly group; curious about cultural diversity,
- Having proactive attitude and strong analytical skills,
- Fast rampup and capability to get the technical knowledge within the project,
- Eager to learn existing and new technologies & trends in software engineering.
Job Description
- Active player in international agile teams as a team leader & scrum master; work independently and cohesively with the team,
- Guide and lead team members,
- Take the overall responsibility of the products produced by the team,
- New feature design & development,
- Maintaining existing products based on customer requirements,
- Researching new technologies and best practices for new phone models,
- Evaluate new versions of the tools and technologies used for the development,
- Take part in team performance review.
