We are seeking for a “Technical Team Lead/Software Architect” for our client operating in software consulting (global projects).

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience,
• Excellent communication skills in English,
• Having experience in team leading activities for development teams,
• Hands-on experience in object-oriented and multi-threaded software design & development,
• Hands-on experience in C++ (C++98) and Linux,
• Experience in Agile Framework (Scrum and Kanban),
• Working knowledge of the full application development life cycle,
• Experience with version control tools, Confluence, Jira and continuous integration environment,
• Having knowledge of database architecture especially SQL DB,
• Experience in VOIP, SIP and telecommunication networks and standards,
• Experience in QT framework,
• Having problem solving skills,
• Reliable, responsible and self-motivated team player in international, collaborative and friendly group; curious about cultural diversity,
• Having proactive attitude and strong analytical skills,
• Fast rampup and capability to get the technical knowledge within the project,
• Eager to learn existing and new technologies & trends in software engineering.

Job Description

• Active player in international agile teams as a team leader & scrum master; work independently and cohesively with the team,
• Guide and lead team members,
• Take the overall responsibility of the products produced by the team,
• New feature design & development,
• Maintaining existing products based on customer requirements,
• Researching new technologies and best practices for new phone models,
• Evaluate new versions of the tools and technologies used for the development,
• Take part in team performance review.

Manpower, Türkiye İş Kurumu’ndan 18.8.2016 tarihli ve 6 no’lu Özel İstihdam Bürosu izin belgesi ve 3.6.2017 tarihli Geçici İş İlişkisi Yetki Belgesi sahibidir. İş arayanlardan hiçbir ad altında menfaat temin edilmez ve ücret alınmaz.
