Job Description:Role SummaryWe are looking for a level 1 and 2 IT technician to work occasionally on several branches located around Yverdon-les-Bains. The candidate must have expertise in Microsoft technologies, the ability to adapt quickly, and an excellent sense of customer service.Main responsibilities

• User support (Level 1) :

• Assist users on-site or remotely with common hardware and software issues.

• Manage support requests via a ticket system, respecting defined priorities.

• Configure and deploy workstations, printers, and peripherals.

• Technical administration (Level 2) :

• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Teams, etc.).

• Manage basic network configurations (DHCP, DNS, file sharing).

• Participate in on-site IT infrastructure installation, migration or improvement projects.

• On-site intervention :

• Carry out regular trips between branches for specific installations or interventions.

• Ensure good communication with local teams to minimize service interruptions.

RequirementsTechniques :

• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 tools.

• Good understanding of Active Directory administration (user management, GPO).

• Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, VPN, network shares).

• Experience in ticket management via a support tool.

• Personal :

• Autonomy and ability to effectively organize travel and interventions.

• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.

• Responsiveness and analytical mind to resolve problems quickly.

• Training in the IT field (CFC IT or equivalent).

• Valid driving license (essential for travel).

• Proven experience in a similar position (2-3 years minimum).

• Fluency in French (oral and written), technical English is an asset.
