Join our dynamic Reliability team within International Consumer (which includes Chase UK), to enhance customer experience and safeguard our business by ensuring our products and services are reliable at every step.As the PTx Process Lead in the International Consumer Bank (ICB), you will be integral to the success of our technical program delivery. Your extensive knowledge of applications, platforms, and products will enable you to act as a crucial intermediary between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. You will make informed decisions based on data and offer strategic insights to advance key business initiatives. As a technical expert, you will adeptly handle ambiguity, manage change efficiently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of quality and professionalism in service delivery. The PTx Process Lead is tasked with overseeing and managing the PTx process within the organization, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and driving continuous improvement efforts to boost process efficiency and effectiveness. This role is pivotal in achieving project milestones and objectives, working collaboratively across management, technology, development, and support teams to ensure Cloud migrations and software releases adhere to documented procedures and meet audit requirements. Additionally, this role focuses on enhancing current processes, reducing friction through automation, and managing the backlog of work.Job responsibilities:
