We are looking for motivated and skilled professionals to join our team and contribute to the future of the industrial and marine sectors.West Diesel is seeking an employee for the spare parts and logistics department in ForssaWe are busy and looking for a team member for our spare parts department who can take responsibility for sales, purchasing, warehousing, and shipping. The position is based in Forssa, Finland, and requires a person with experience or interest in diesel engines, as well as the ability to work with various ERP systems. The job involves both office work and physical activity, and you will work closely with our team and customers.Responsibilities:Purchasing spare parts from our partners and suppliersReceiving, registering, and managing inventory of spare partsPicking, packing, and shipping spare partsProviding quotes to existing and potential new customersOrder processing, customer contact, and invoicingClose collaboration with the service department and other teamsTasks such as tidying up, counting, and packing/loading goodsQualifications:Experience or interest in diesel enginesExperience with ERP systems is requiredFluent in Finnish and English, both written and spokenEnergetic, responsible, service-minded, and a good team playerStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle pressureDriver’s license (B) and preferably a forklift certificationTechnical industry knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirementWe offer:A full-time job in Forssa, Monday to Friday, in a growth-oriented companyFlexible working hours and varied tasks in a motivated teamSalary and pension based on qualifications, as well as health and work insuranceOpportunities for development in spare parts sales and customer serviceContact: If you have any questions about the position, you can contact Ville Jalasjoki at tel. +358 40 195 6887Send your application to .
