As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our logistics services over the phone and email. This is an exciting short-term contract role (2-3 months) with a strong likelihood of being made permanent for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote logistics servicesBuild and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat businessIdentify customer needs and provide tailored solutionsMaintain accurate records of calls and client interactions using our CRM systemCollaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service deliveryMeet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIsRequirements:Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience, ideally in a Logistics environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesA self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindsetProficient in MS Office and CRM systemsKnowledge of the logistics or transport industry is a plus but not essentialWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryFriendly and supportive team environmentFull training providedReal opportunity for long-term, permanent employmentImmediate start availableHow to Apply:
