This role will be based in Zaventem, Belgium or Paris Gare de lyon, France reporting to our Sales Administration Manager. This role will work on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week at either our Zaventem or Paris office.Your New Role:As part of the Sales Administration Team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily management and administration of the tender process from opportunity identification, submission of the offer to final award.You will work in collaboration with BeNeLux sales and technical team and EMEA Customer Services Team (Prague).The individual will be responsible for delivering the highest level of administrative support Sales team and customers alike. This is a multi-faceted role which requires the individual to interface with all key business functions, whilst working within company guidelines and procedures. The successful candidate will be conscientious, reliable and able to operate with a low level of supervision. The successful candidate will also contribute to the company’s commercial goals through the ongoing development of their personal knowledge and skills with regard to QuidelOrtho’s product portfolio, the tender process and their level of participation within it.What you’ll be doing :

Gestionnaire appels d’offres et support commercial BeNeLux (H-F)Nous recherchons un gestionnaire appels d’offres et support commercial (H-F) pour rejoindre notre équipe commerciale et technique BeNeLux. Ce rôle sera basé à Paris Gare de Lyon en France ou à Zaventem en Belgique, sous la responsabilité de notre responsable de l’administration des ventes. Ce rôle fonctionnera sur une base hybride avec 3 jours par semaine dans notre bureau de Paris ou de Zaventem.Votre rôleEn tant que membre de l’équipe d’administration des ventes, vous aurez la charge de la gestion et de l’administration quotidienne du processus d’appels d’offres, depuis l’identification des opportunités, la soumission de l’offre jusqu’à l’attribution finale.Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale et technique BeNeLux, le service client EMEA (Prague). Vous serez chargé de fournir le plus haut niveau de soutien administratif à l’équipe commerciale et aux clients. Il s’agit d’un rôle à multiples facettes qui nécessite d’interagir avec toutes les fonctions clés de l’entreprise, tout en travaillant dans le respect des directives et procédures de l’entreprise.Le candidat retenu sera consciencieux, fiable et capable de travailler avec un faible niveau de supervision. Il contribuera également aux objectifs commerciaux de l’entreprise grâce au développement continu de ses connaissances et compétences personnelles en ce qui concerne le portefeuille de produits de QuidelOrtho, le processus d’appel d’offres et son niveau de participation à celui-ci.Ce que vous ferez
