In this role, you will be the partner for our most valuable Health Care Professionals (HCPs), ensuring they receive best service and tailored solutions. As a key player in our sales team, you are helping HCPs to achieve their goals while driving account growth for Convatec. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in building long-term partnerships, and are excited to work in fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Your key duties and responsibilities:Sell Convatec’ s health care products and services to HCPsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with HCPs and ensuring their satisfaction with products and servicesDeveloping and executing account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts (hospitals)Acting as the primary point of contact for key HCPs, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Meeting customers face-to-face and organizing local and national events together with MarketingMeet country and territory sales targetsContributing to monthly country sales reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance HCP partnershipsContributing to country tender processIdentifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand Convatec’ s market share in the marketAnalyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantageKeeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvementCollaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and market access to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet customer expectationsStaying updated with health care market trends and market developments, anticipating changes in customers’ needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirementsAbout you:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or NursingPreferably min 3 years of Medical Sales ExperienceWillingness to travel up to 80% of your work scheduleProficient in all Microsoft Office applications, and CRM softwareCan-do attitude with high motivationCritical Thinking/Problem SolvingOral/Written CommunicationsStrong Interpersonal SkillsTeam player with an outgoing personalityLanguage Skills:Native proficiency in DanishEnglish writing/reading fluentOur products make a big difference every day.
