- Manage defined accounts’ geography to grow an existing business and convert new prospect accounts remotely and face to face.
- Plan and execute a Territory Activity plan based on understanding the potential in each account in a predefined geography
- Use insights and a consultative selling approach to help develop customers business; challenge them to see new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets
- Utilise data/analytics to help identify opportunities and risks
- Educate customers on products to ensure the practice is clinically comfortable with the Straumann Group portfolio via platforms such as zoom/teams or within clinic
Key Activities
- Identify, target, and convert prospect accounts and new business with dentist GPs and specialists.
- Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet the country specific sales objectives.
- Provide excellent in person attention and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to facilitate future clinical education.
- Participate and carry out the implementation of new launches from Marketing and new product sales objectives.
- Participate in regional and national trade shows.
- Attend Regional and National sales and training meetings.
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
- To meet and exceed sales objectives for all Straumann products over a given territory by developing profitable relationships with select dental practices and their related team members, and the dental community at large.
- Alternate between visiting customers in the field and using digital aids to conduct sales meetings and various presentations to achieve set goals
- Develop short- and long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts to develop the designed territory
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
- Cross selling due to set strategy
- Participate in cross functional groups in Nordic
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within dental business
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably Pharma, Medical Devices or Healthcare
- Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage • Experience and proficiency in consultative selling (B2B environment)
- High customer and business orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Result oriented; capable to grow net sales and customer base
- Fluent in local language and in English
- Result-oriented
- Driver License

- English is our corporate language, therefore, you need to be able to read and understand research studies as well as communicate and feel comfortable both in verbally and writing in English.
