Job Description:Eaton´s new campus for its critical power systems in Vantaa, Finland, integrates all current activities into a much larger site. You will also be responsible for forecasting and developing the long term Test Bay capacity while aligning with various departments. You will also participate in the development of customer experience and test & reporting automation.Coordinate scheduling of Test Bay usePush teams to for optimal use to increase capacityMeasure efficiency and forecast utilization rate of Test baysManage Continuous Improvement and technical improvements for enhanced and optimal useManage long term Test Bay capacity planning&development, support manning planingCoordinate Test Bay automation and FAT test results automationCoordinate impact of changes&maintenance on Test BaysEnsure Safety on Test Bays.
