As an experienced Test Manager, you will be a vital part of our community driving the Test & Quality agenda in the domain. You will be part of Test, Release and Platform team which is a team in Shared Service department that supports the Accounts & Payments domain with test strategy, test automation and test coordination and release management, DevSecOps strategy and coordination.You will coordinate end-to-end, external, and performance tests, ensuring quality outcomes through effective methodologies and tools. Additionally, you will support feature teams in test planning, data gathering, and promoting the test strategy, including automation.To Thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Proven leadership skills with strong communication abilities.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Collaborative mindset with excellent coordination skills and a readiness to contribute hands-on when needed.

• At least 3-5 years’ experience as a test lead with expertise in both functional and non-functional testing ( and testing).

• Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies.

• Experience in leading and coordinating end-to-end tests in large, complex environments, preferably in the banking or payment systems sector.

• Ability to review requirements, define and communicate test scopes, and identify relevant test data.

Meritorious but not mandatory skills

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/science or similar field.

• Hands-on experience with testing tools and automation frameworks commonly used in software testing.

• Strong understanding of System Architecture, particularly within the payment domain.

• Advanced experience with Jira Xray or similar testing tools.

• Knowledge in managing tests within reporting and notifications areas.

• A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in testing, quality assurance, and technology.
