The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a Testing and Commissioning, Handover Officer, to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway’s technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.This is a great opportunity to work for a significant construction company, working alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the industry to continue developing and further you career.Job Role / Responsibilities

• Support overall management of Testing and Commissioning Activities.
• Support Testing and Commissioning activities by advising on adequate operations resources.
• Support coordination of maintenance during Testing and Commissioning.
• Support scheduling and planning of process for handover of assets from construction to Testing and Commissioning.
• Support compliancy, approval and acceptance processes.
• Assist inspecting and testing the performance of all operational facilities.
• Ensure that all tests, including performance testing are in compliance with the procedures.
• Assist developing technical performance measurement and improvement processes.

ProjectThe infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has just started and is estimated to last for at least 3 years.Requirements3 years in hte construction sector * Broad knowledge of industry and regulatory standards and criteria pertinent to Rail T&C, maintenance, operations, and testing.

• Proven ability to develop, nurture & manage complex and demanding stakeholders
• Extensive technical knowledge and practical experience of testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning large infrastructure systems
• Technical familiarity throughout the delivery project lifecycle
