If the answer is yes, you might be our new Director for Total Rewards for Non-Operations!Apply today and take the next step in your !The PositionAs a Total Rewards Director, you will work with rewards at a senior leadership level, managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving impactful change. Additionally, you will play a role in engaging with Employers Board, People Relations, and local unions on a variety of rewards-related matters.Other key responsibilities will include:

• Lead a team of 6 dedicated TR partners to ensure capability building of HR Business Partners and leaders.
• Oversee and drive a host of project implementation and change management initiatives.
• Ensure smooth operation of all TR matters across HQ in Denmark, Global Business Services in India, Product Supply and R&D sites across multiple locations globally.

This Director position is a part of our global Total Rewards and Mobility leadership team, where you can influence and shape the future of our organization.QualificationsTo excel in this position, the ideal person will possess a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Data Science, Engineering or another relevant field. Other desirable skills and experiences are as follows:

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within a global setting.
• Experienced in project implementation and change management, with prior experience in Total Rewards and P&O an advantage.
• Excellent Communications skills – ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-rewards stakeholders (both verbally and in writing) in English and Danish.
• Great stakeholder management and communication skills applied in an international context.
• Analytical mindset and talented in storytelling including data visualisation.
