Welcome to SEB.About the roleTrade Finance Client Services embodies a dynamic, target-oriented team of professionals dedicated to excellence in Trade Finance.Together with your colleagues in the team, you are responsible for adding value to our clients by delivering excellent advisory and daily services to our large and global corporate clients. You are also the appointed main contact for specific clients.You are responsible for providing competent transactional advice and solutions to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery for our clients.Building and maintaining positive relationships with the key client contacts is of essence. We except proactive interaction and accountability. You will engage with clients by organizing both physical and digital discussions and training sessions. You initiate, drive and lead with a high engagement solely or in close collaboration with your colleagues in the team, sales and with other relevant stakeholders.In this role you will be an active team player as well as taking decisions independently, with a high capacity to prioritise the daily work in a structured manner. You will be part of our global trade finance community, as well as participate actively in our continuous journey to deliver on the future trade finance requirements and needs of our clients, embracing a future digitized offering.To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree from a university or business school and a minimum 5+ years’ experience working with Trade Finance.

• Expertise in Guarantee advisory and drafting. As well as understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements, such as URDG 758 (Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees). Knowledge in Letters of Credits and UCP 600 (Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits) and ISPB (International Standard Banking Practice) are seen as an advantage.

• Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English is required; knowledge of Swedish and French language is considered an asset.
