Your primary focus will be on analyzing product and end customer pricing to develop strategic models that provide guidance to commercial teams. You’ll demonstrate a proactive approach, thriving in fast-paced environments to meet tight deadlines. Reporting to the Head of Product Management in Consumables, you’ll be an integral part of an exciting and rapidly growing team exclusively dedicated to consumables.

• Gather and sanitize pricing data from suppliers, Tecan end customers, and competitors.
• Develop pricing models based on supplier inputs, product types, and market demand.
• Conduct thorough analysis of Tecan end customer prices in comparison to competitors’.
• Collaborate across divisions, including Life Science and Partnering business units.
• Support the Product Management team in lifecycle activities such as phase-outs and customer communications.

·Your backgroundWe’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.

• Currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Informatics, or Life Sciences, with a strong interest in business.
• Or 2nd to 3rd-year university student, nearing completion or after obtaining a B.Sc., with some initial work experience, such as from an industry practicum.
• Excellent Excel skills are essential.
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
