Whilst our client offers a flexible and fair rota for all managers, they do require flexibility to work mornings and evenings, weekendsResponsibilities for this Grocery Senior Trainee Manager Job:
Shop minding, ensuring the store runs smoothly, and maintaining the standards whilst managing the store on your own in the morning or closing shifts
Driving sales, controlling the stock level, managing promotional change over, and ensuring the profit margins are at the agreed target
People management, developing and coaching teams, learning more about performance management, like conflict resolution and motivating colleagues, rota planning , etc.
KPI and target management, you will enhance your commercial acumen of how the shop makes money, controls costs effectively, and drives productivity
