Challenges are our dailies and make each day always different.What you’ll get:An agile career and dynamic working cultureAn inclusive and ethical workplaceCompensation programs that recognize high performanceA variety of benefits dependent on role and locationThe full list of our global benefits can be also found onWhat you’ll do:Proactively manage the performance of raw material suppliers (Direct Category),Ensure relevant Procurement Master Data is available and maintained in SAP so the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) can be calculated reliably and the PO creation process can be as effective as possibleCooperate closely with Supply Chain Teams (IBIO) to ensure needs are covered and business is well runningManage Vendor performance, driving improvements on time delivery, quality conformance, and other compliance issuesBuild a governance for our local suppliers category, to ensure active conditions are available and well implementedManage all Level 2 vendor escalationsWhat we’re looking for:Good procurement skills expected for the rolesSAP MM ERP good level of expertiseCommunication and TeamworkBe organized and have a pro-active approachEducation – Bachelor Degree or comparable – Procurement, Economics, Supply Chain managementEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
