Our Manufacturing site in Hillerød, Denmark, brings together a complete range of expertise, capabilities and technologies to manufacture advanced biologics. We are currently looking for a Training Partner for the Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM) and Drug Substance Compliance and Support department.About the Role
The Training Partner is responsible for ensuring that team members in DSM have onboarding and continuing training assigned relevant to their needs. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Training Partner to standardize training requirements within the team and align these with other teams performing the same tasks within the same department. The Training Partner acts as the first point of contact for colleagues within the team and is responsible for ensuring new learning-related initiatives are communicated and coordinated with the local learning department on-site.We continuously work to identify opportunities to improve training systems and practices, enabling us to support a rapid growing company while always ensuring a high level of quality.The work environment is informal, where we strive to have a lot of fun, while we keep a high pace.Your primary tasks will be:

  • Onboarding: Plan and prioritize which curricula new employees should be assigned
  • Assigns curricula to new employees
  • Systematic Assignment Review
  • Regularly checks that employees have required curricula assigned and irrelevant ones removed
  • Standardizes required training for tasks within the team
  • Aligns training requirements with other teams performing the same tasks within the same department
  • Ensures review of curricula and training items is initiated at least every 3 years
  • Serves as the first point of contact on learning-matters within the team
  • Aligns new learning-related initiatives with Operational Learning

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following background and skill sets:Professional qualifications

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s (BA) or Master’s Degree (MSc) within Chemical or Biological Science, Technical Engineering or similar,
  • Experience from working in the pharma or other regulated industry
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for details
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and being comfortable working independently

We are a newly established and growing team of 4 highly dedicated colleagues with a broad experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing and training.DS Training is an organization within the Drug Substance Compliance and Support department, that provides a variety of tasks from creating batch documentation, work instruction, deviation handling and project management to support manufacturing operations.Our strength is in the people and culture, the high dedication and willingness to share knowledge across functions.
