About the JobAs a UC4 Developer, you will manage batch production operations, ensuring the smooth execution of scheduled tasks. Your role involves implementing new processes, maintaining existing ones, and troubleshooting issues to optimize the batch processing environment for Allianz Germany and other Operational Entities (OEs).What you do

• Manage batch production operations and implement processes for Allianz Germany and European OEs using UC4, ServiceNow, and Remedy.
• Create and update operational plans for defined work packages, ensuring compliance with standards, rules, and processes.
• Execute batch control and implementation tasks in mainframe (zOS) and C/S server environments (Unix, NT, AIX), and develop work packages in Linux projects.
• Record and manage reported failures and problems from developers and system administrators, ensuring quality control in job planning within the UC4 environment.
• Implement bulk transfers and changes, and conduct research and evaluations using UC4, XINFO, and Beta92/93.
• Monitor, process, and create problem tickets using the BMC Remedy application, and implement planned changes.
• Develop suggestions for improvement and alternative solutions to optimize batch processing

What you bring

• Related IT studies or equivalent experience
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in IT support or as a System Engineer
• German language knowledge (B1/B2) required
• Experience in Mainframe of Server environment
• Preferably job scheduling experience
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
