Job description
As our new Operations Analyst at TCS, you will help manage the daily operations of a customer investment program called ECIF. Your main job will be to process client requests from beginning to end, making sure everything is done correctly, on time, and by the rules.You’ll also look at how the investment fund is performing and help improve how things are done. This role involves working closely with other teams and supporting global operations across different countries. ,
- Support the setup, updates, and coordination of ECIF programs
- Create and manage Internal Orders (IOs), and assist account teams with project tracking
- Help field sellers by improving process speed, compliance, and overall satisfaction
- Handle post-IO tasks and follow up on funding requests
- Respond to queries from customers, suppliers, and the desk team through email, chat, or phone
- Assist with supplier onboarding and resolve related issues
- Be part of the OneAsk tool support team, resolving or escalating requests as needed
- Follow up on open items such as purchase orders (POs), proof of execution (POE), and invoice approvals
- Perform peer reviews to reduce errors
- Support various areas such as: Project Management Office (PMO), Deal Desk Case Management, ECIF Concierge Services (ECS), ECIF Post-IO processing (ESA, PO, POE, and payments), Supplier Onboarding Support (SOS) and OneAsk Tool Support (OATS)

- Experience in one or more of these areas: program management, invoice processing, creating/validating Internal Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), Proof of Execution (POEs), and compliance reviews.
- Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian at a business level is required.
