We currently have a vacancy for a UX Expert (SharePoint) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks:

• Define and implement communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption of UX;
• Gather and prioritize UX requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall digital strategy;
• Carry out user research, usability testing, and analysis to support product teams;
• Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions;
• Develop stakeholder maps to support effective communication;
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, communication plans, and training strategies to support change initiatives and monitoring the progress of the mission’s implementation;
• Autonomously turn program objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee/contribute to their implementation;
• Define and implement strategies to optimize stakeholder satisfaction and service efficiency;
• Monitor missions progress and escalate key issues to ensure successful implementation;
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, security, accessibility, and data protection requirements;
• Provide clear and structured reporting to management on initiatives progress and adoption rates.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 9 years;
• Minimum 9 years of proven experience in UX;
• Experience (at least one project) in leading UX research and digital transformation initiatives, particularly through managing projects focused on user-centered design and business alignment within digital environments;
• Expertise in user experience, including user centered design, product design, data management, data security for UX products, as well as project management skills;
• Experience with design and implementation of multiple intranets within a large-scale, on-premises Microsoft SharePoint environment;
• Excellent command of the English and French language.
