Job description:
– Responsible for the daily overall running of the Residence’s kitchen including planning, preparing, and serving meals for daily use and official functions.
– Managing the food and beverage budget, including inventory and grocery purchases.
– Coordinating with Embassy personnel to ensure smooth execution of events.
– Supervising staff responsible for guest reception and table service during events.Requirements:
– Applicants must be a Finnish citizen or legal resident authorized to work in Finland.
– Proven experience in cooking.
– Flexibility with work schedule, particularly during special events.
– Basic knowledge or interest in Mexican cuisine is highly desirable.
– Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Finnish is a plus.
