This role is located in Luxembourg – Hybrid

  • Collection and organization of meeting material. Preparation of agenda packs for assigned boards and dispatch to meeting participants.
  • Actively contribute to the automation and standardization of Management Company and Fund Regulatory reporting projects.
  • Ensure corporate filings are done for the entity and branches
  • Draft and or review department produced work product such as board meeting exhibits, material, minutes and resolutions to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain Authorised Signature Lists, handle trade registry registrations and assist in annual audits and inquiries related to corporate events.
  • Support regulatory filing production
  • Actively contribute to the automation and standardization of Management Company Regulatory reporting projects.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Proven experience in the investment fund industry,
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple regulatory tasks simultaneously.
  • A high level of computer literacy, with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Good interpersonal skills, enabling close collaboration with colleagues, clients, and external business contacts.
  • the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
