roadmap for NordicInfu Care and Rehabhotellet, Understand the market trends and lead Business
Development projects. The team has a central role in designing but also executing Nordic Infucare’s
strategy for several years ahead, and transforming its business through developments, optimization
and improvements programs and initiatives. This requires to not only have a comprehensive view of
the company’s business within the market but also understand how to best perform in interactions
with the Finance, Sales and Operations incl. Digital and IT teams.As Business and transformation Project Manager in the Strategy and Business Development team,
you will support Nordic Infucare and Rehabhotellet in managing projects to implement the overall
strategy with Digital and Business solutions. This role offers the opportunity of driving projects in
autonomy while being part of larger programs led by the Business Transformation manager
overseeing this position.
Supporting the Business Transformation Manager, your main responsibilities will be, but not limited
to:
● Manage Digital or Business related-projects
● Manage project governance and teams
● Report and communicate in a simple and pedagogic way on project status, challenges, risks
and ease decision making
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure the implementation and
sustainability of transformation initiatives with Nordic Infucare and Rehabhotellet
● Ensure compliance with project procedures, methodologies and company processes while
delivering according to project timeplan
● Support Project Management Office activities and monitoring of the transformation roadmaps
● Support Business development and strategic reporting on selected topics
