We are passionate about the culture we foster that ultimately helps to create and shape the world of esports, gaming tournaments, leagues, events and holistic ecosystems staged for our millions of players, fans and heroes.As a Visa Handling Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end visa application process, ensuring compliance with various country regulations, and facilitating smooth, efficient, and timely processing of visas. You will be the point of contact for all visa-related queries and play a critical role in supporting our workforce’s international mobility.Key Responsibilities

  • Visa Application Processing: Handle the full cycle of visa applications for employees or clients, from gathering required documents to submission, follow-up, and issuance.
  • Document Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of application materials, ensuring they meet the requirements of the destination country’s immigration laws and regulations by using our designated Visa handling supplier.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary contact for employees, external travelers and external partners to facilitate and expedite the visa process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, travel documents, and other relevant information in the company’s database. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Client Support: Provide guidance and support to employees or clients throughout the visa application process. Address inquiries promptly and offer tailored advice to meet individual travel needs.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on visa application statuses, processing times, and any potential issues. Highlight any trends or delays that may impact business operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle issues that arise in the visa application process, such as rejected applications, incomplete documentation, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Training and Guidance: Educate employees or clients on the visa process, document requirements, and timelines. Offer best practices to ensure smoother visa acquisition.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience in visa processing, immigration support, or travel administration
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with visa regulations, embassy protocols, and international travel requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite and experience with visa application portals or similar systems. Knowledge of data management tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with clients, government officials, and internal stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: English is our corporate language, additional languages are a plus (Arabic or Mandarin)
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and adapt to changing visa regulations.
