As Visual Inspection Professional in AMSAT (Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology), Process Competence Centre, you will become a member of broad team of Professionals and Specialists setting the frames for our Aseptic manufacturing processes. The team is working as a central team for aseptic production sites all over the world, thus, you will be collaborating closely with stakeholders both locally and globally.Specifically working as Visual Inspection Professional, you will be a part of a very resolute, dynamic, and highly skilled team.Your daily tasks will include, but surely not be limited to:

• Creation and maintenance of global corporate documents and procedures including guidelines for qualification of equipment.
• Update of global specifications.
• Participate in projects with external producing sites.
• Participate in improvement projects across the organisation.
• Development and maintenance of QMS and supporting validations.
• Ensuring that Novo Nordisk is on the forefront of new trends and requirements within Visual Inspection.
• Participate in Audit and inspections.
• Provide support in the inspection area to all aseptic manufacturing sites related to validation and release of products.

As the position is supporting globally some travel can be expected (around 10 days per year).Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:

• At least a master’s degree or higher academic education background within science, engineering, data, pharmacy or similar.
• Extensive knowledge within Visual Inspection in a GMP environment or similar.
• At least 3-5 years of experience with pharmaceutical industry.
• It is advantageous if you have experience with automated visual inspection (AVI) and/or manual Inspection.
• Strong focus on quality and commitment to maintaining ambitious standards.
• Fluency in English is essential for this position.

Manufacturing Science & Transfers (MS&T) is an area with around 130 dedicated employees. We own the manufacturing standards across Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) in Novo Nordisk and are the subject matter experts within manufacturing science in AM. We set direction for the AM processes on how to balance Quality, Delivery and Cost. We Support our sites with DVs, critical cases, inspections, projects and with upskilling programs.Working at Novo Nordisk
