At ØB we want to build the future foundation for volunteering. Help create strong communities and structures so that volunteers feel valued and we as an association become strong in our work with recruitment and retention going forward.At ØB, volunteerism is the entire basis of our existence.Therefore, we would like to become much better at supporting the volunteers who are already in the club today – and at attracting new volunteers.And that’s why we are looking for one or two volunteer coordinators who will help make ØB an even better club than we are today, to volunteer in.Then you are good at creating networks and communities – and if it could light a fire in you to help create the future of ØB, we would love to have you in the club.Specific tasks as a volunteer coordinator:

• Recruit new volunteers through outreach work
• Ongoing contact with volunteers.
• Create overview and coordination.
• Help build an even stronger volunteer culture in ØB, for example by arranging social events, workshops and the like for volunteers.

You will work closely with the board, various committees and our club developer, as well as the strong corps of volunteers who are already part of ØB.It’s not important whether you’re passionate about football. What’s important is that you’re passionate about making it fun to volunteer at ØB and that you think you have something to offer.Previous experience is not important, as long as you are ready to continuously improve yourself.The work is voluntary, but we offer courses and club clothing.We think the position requires 5-10 hours of work per week – and we are open to the position being shared by two people.Some tasks can be done from home, while others will require you to be present at ØB. Being visible in the ØB environment is an essential part of the tasks.We are also open to all inputs and are flexible, so if you think it could be cool and that you have something to offer, but there may be something you are unsure about whether you can live up to, then definitely contact us anyway.
