Our ambition is to scale SCS significantly over the coming years – streamlining data and supply chains to become a fully integrated supply chain partner for our customers.This role is key to driving performance across SCS, supporting the COO and Leadership Team in achieving financial targets and strategic goals within the business unit. You will also play a critical role in shaping and monitoring OKRs, KPIs, and business goals, ensuring strategic alignment across the unit.In addition to owning the SCS financial statements, you will represent the business unit in dialogue with the broader finance organization – including Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Corporate Development – and ensure tight integration across all CFO-related workstreams, from core business performance to new initiatives and governance. With a strong strategic mindset and ability to connect financial insights to operational priorities, you will be a key business partner to the SCS leadership team.The role will be located at the HQ at Lysaker and will report to the business unit COO.Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Own and coordinate financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and targets for the SCS business unit
  • Analyze financial results and translate business drivers into actionable insights across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and key financial ratios
  • Act as strategic partner to the COO and SCS leadership team in setting and monitoring OKRs, KPIs, and business goals
  • Own monthly and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring clear communication of performance to internal and external stakeholders (COO, CEO, CFO, GEM, IR, Board)
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives and support investment reviews, governance, and strategic decision-making
  • Provide financial support for M&A activities, including modeling and analysis
  • Develop and structure business cases for new products and services, ensuring financial alignment with growth strategy
  • Represent SCS toward the broader Finance organization (Treasury, Tax, Accounting) to ensure integration and compliance
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards and tools to enable data-driven decision-making across SCS
  • Serve as the Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product development and innovation, providing financial insight and guidance across initiatives

Desired qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience from management consulting, investment banking or corporate finance, ideally combined with operational experience in start-ups/scale-ups or similar roles in large international organizations
  • Deep experience in performance management, analytics, financial modelling and reporting
  • Strong digital understanding with capability to break down data, identify trends, provide actionable insights and implement processes and tools
  • Proven track-record in business development, value creation and driving performance improvements
  • Strong understanding of governance across business operations, JVs and investment portfolios
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
