The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) in Switzerland integrates a number of central functions in the Carlsberg Group: H&S, Quality, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Planning. Group H&S is developing, communicating and driving an effective coordinated H&S Strategy for ISC and commercial teams. Manages globally manufacturing engineering processes & responsible for the definition of the scope of work and for the direction, control, and utilization of the central manufacturing and engineering group.The position will be based in Ziegelbrücke (greater area Zurich), Switzerland. Experience & Education:

• Degree in brewing and/or technical Engineering
• 15+ years Operational experience in the FMCG/brewing industry, preferably within Carlsberg
• Functional technical experience in Engineering of Beverage Equipment, minimum 10 to 15 years.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Maintenance functions
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Experience in managing and balancing commercial and technical requirements
• Experience of managing change through using CI (Lean, TPM, Excellence, 6S) practices and behaviours

Job responsibilities:ManufacturingCarlsberg Operating Manual

• Responsible of development and deployment of the Group Manufacturing Process (COM Infinite loop to Do it Right, Do it Better, Do it Different)
• Responsible for the development, release & version control of COM
• Capture 360degree improvement input and ensure governance of COM development
• Responsible for compliance to COM at breweries thru deploying standards, calibration and coaching sessions.
• Review regional self-assessment linking to performance gaps & opportunities
• Utilize the global organization to co-create new COM standards, tools and guidelines to comply with COM standards and improve performance and capture best practices thru global COM work groups
• Drive and support implementation of CarlEx initiatives to improve performance in packaging and maintenance agenda.
• Functional support to Business development SPOCs (Craft, AFB, CoreBeer etc) – Building standards per topic
• Technical single point of contact (SPOC) of ISC processes for the Carlsberg Export & License organization
• Contribute to global AM-PM-T&D-FI pillars thru SME inputs for packaging and maintenance

Technical Expertise

• Act as Functional expert for processes, KPIs, and/or technology
• Develop in partnership with packaging / Excellence / HR – standard global skills matrices for machines
• Develop global process community
• Drive best practices sharing globally
• Drive and support implementation of focused Improvement programs
• Engages and cooperates with regional teams for aligned initiatives
• Global technology upgrade – LRP, roll out new technologies – new technology standards

• Support and align budget targets within packaging, maintenance and capex areas
• Develop and manage equipment stewardship plan across the Group
• Drive AM (autonomous maintenance) pillar implementation globally

Engineering

• Directs all planning activities associated with capital and engineering projects under supply chain.
• Manages staff and resources to efficiently deploy capital and provide engineering support.
• Advancement of capital project management knowledge and strategies to implement project best practices in the engineering group and in the organization.
• Works closely with HSE group.
• Ensures project objectives are met and projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Develops relations with Regions and Breweries and leverages engineering group’s capabilities as needed.
• Establishes Communities of Practices to share best practices and knowledge transfer between manufacturing facilities.
• Establishes opportunities to leverage global Equipment procurement
• Act according to Quality, Health & Safety, Environment standards, support standards development within the group
• Engages and cooperates with regional teams for aligned initiatives
• Amend Equipment Manual
• Coach organisation with Equipment standards
• Drive best practices sharing globally and Roll out of new technologies projects globally
