For a speedy review of your application, please submit your CV in English.About the position:As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of our warehouse and workshop in Skellefteå, where you will work within a small team. You will ensure that all goods are received, stored, and distributed in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. A significant portion of your responsibilities will involve developing our reclaiming loop, which focuses on reclaiming and reusing spare parts for our service technicians. This effort aims to minimize waste and maximize resource efficiency, which is essential to our sustainability strategy.You will also conduct technical analyses of quality issues to ensure that we uphold the highest standards. The position involves close collaboration with various departments, including our technicians, service management, the traffic accident department, and others to optimize our processes and ensure that all departments work toward common goals.Your main tasks include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
• Warehousing and organizing products to maximize space and efficiency
• Picking and packing orders with high accuracy
• Perform regular inventories and inventory checks
• Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and delivery processes
• Comply with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Analyze quality problems and propose technical solutions
• Contribute to the development of sustainable reclaiming methods and processes

Who are you?You’ll live local to Skellefteå and have experience in warehouse work or a similar role. You are organized, with good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You enjoy working at a fast pace and consistently prioritize the customer’s best interests. Your communication skills in both English and Swedish enable you to collaborate effortlessly with colleagues and external partners.As a person, you are enterprising, responsible, collaborative, and have a positive attitude. You are used to using computers, warehouse management systems and have a basic understanding of logistics processes.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A high school diploma.
• Education in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• B driver’s license, and valid forklift license.
• Technical understanding in an electrical and /or mechanical environment.
• Ability to analyse data for informed decision-making, with strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS, especially Excel and ability to learn new systems.
• Familiarity with quality and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
