Job description

We are presently recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Administrator for our clients, a leading MRO company in North Dublin. You will work on both goods inward and outwards and will support the warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse operations. You will ensure the warehouse runs efficiently, undertake PL counts and support with wider warehouse stock takes. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring correct documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams for stock movement.
• Generate reports on stock levels, deliveries, and warehouse performance.
• Assist in stock counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
• Handle customer and supplier queries regarding stock and shipments.
• Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1+ years’ Experience in warehouse administration, Goods inward / Outward or logistics is essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and office software.
